Fundraiser payments can take up to 30 business days after your fundraiser end date.
That said, our team works hard to process payments as quickly as possible, and many groups receive theirs sooner 🚀
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know:
your check has been mailed or
your electronic transfer has been completed
To help avoid delays, make sure your payment information has been entered in your Dashboard → Details tab before your fundraiser ends.
